Made with 14K Gold. The hanging arch is adorned with a square cut Citrine centre stone, channel set square princess cut garnets, which are then capped at each end with VS/F quality diamonds on a sleek 14K 17 inch chain.
The inspiration for this piece came from the large white and wonderfully fragrant Queen of the Night flower of the Cereus cacti. It blooms only at night, once a year for a single night. Many people wait up to 10 years to see a single flower! What better way to “Capture this Moment in Time” than with a fine enamel? By using the fine cloisonné enamelling technique, with its unique depth of colour and textures, it brings this amazing flower to life.
This is a cataloged exhibition piece made for the Japanese and Canadian Enamels Show, Mississauga Arts Centre.
