We re-opened for business 1 June 2020. Everything worked very well with the drop-off system. Thank you for your patience as we all worked through the new normal way of doing things.
We have made changes to our take-in procedures, which can now be done in person with masks in place and social distancing practiced. Virtual appointments can be done if that is either more convenient or where your comfort level is. The following procedures will still apply if we go back into lockdown due to increased cases locally.

So, here it is: The New Normal
- Call for an Appointment/Virtual Appointment.
To make the appointment please phone 613-345-4507. From there we might have to do a VIRTUAL Appointment so that we can ascertain what your needs are. The best part of doing this type of meetup is that it will be as close as sitting across from you and chatting like we have done in the past.
- Drop-off by Appointment Only
We will institute a PASS-OFF system by appointment only via a drop-box at our front door. This will ensure low risk for covid-19 contamination.
- Sanitization & Review
Once received, we will clean and sanitize your jewellery so that we will be able to review for a repair quote, to perform an appraisal or to prep for custom work.
- Repairs - Quotes
All repairs will have email quotes sent for approval. Once approval is received and payment is made they will go into the repair queue.
- Pick-up by Appointment Only
Once a job is complete we will notify you and arrange a pickup appointment time. Once again we will institute the PASS-OFF system via a drop-box at our front door. This will ensure low risk for covid-19 contamination.

I am confident that we will get through this. We are all looking forward to the day when we can once again have a relaxed and easy access to all spaces and people.
