Store Re-opening. The New Normal
We will be opening for business 1 June 2020.
Thank you for your patience at this time. I know we are all in this together and having to deal with the “New Normal”. Rest assured, Chris and I are trying to maintain our personal approach to helping you with your jewellery needs while ensuring a safe environment for all. Due to the current COVID-19 situation and the need for maintaining social distancing, we won’t be able to sit across from you and chat like we have in the past.
So, here it is: The New Normal
- Call for an Appointment/Virtual Appointment.
To make the appointment please phone 613-345-4507. From there we might have to do a VIRTUAL Appointment so that we can ascertain what your needs are. The best part of doing this type of meetup is that it will be as close as sitting across from you and chatting like we have done in the past.
- Drop-off by Appointment Only
We will institute a PASS-OFF system by appointment only via a drop-box at our front door. This will ensure low risk for covid-19 contamination.
- Sanitization & Review
Once received, we will clean and sanitize your jewellery so that we will be able to review for a repair quote, to perform an appraisal or to prep for custom work.
- Repairs - Quotes
All repairs will have email quotes sent for approval. Once approval is received and payment is made they will go into the repair queue.
- Pick-up by Appointment Only
Once a job is complete we will notify you and arrange a pickup appointment time. Once again we will institute the PASS-OFF system via a drop-box at our front door. This will ensure low risk for covid-19 contamination.

I am confident that we will get through this. We are all looking forward to the day when we can once again have a relaxed and easy access to all spaces and people.
